LACon V in 2026 is proud to support publishers, agents, and authors. We are planning on offering a large program of parties, book launches, and other similar items.
Parties and Book Launches
If you are a publisher, agent, or author and wish to host a book launch / party to promote your books, please fill out the Publishers, Agents and Authors Ideas Form.
Group Autographing Sessions
Publishers and agents can also use the same form to suggest ideas for group signings, which may or may not take place at a book launch event or party.
Publishers and Agents: Group Program Item Suggestions
If you wish to propose a program item (i.e. a panel of your authors or a workshop led by your editors) then you should fill in our Program Pitch Survey via Planorama. You will need to set up a Planorama account to do so. More information and links can be found on our Program Participant page.
Individual Authors: Panels, Autographings, Readings
Individuals who wish to do solo autographings, as well take parts in panels, or lead readings, table talks, or workshops should fill out our Program Participant Main Survey.
Dealers Room / Art Show
Anyone interested in the dealers room and/or art show can find information and expression of interest / applications on those pages of our website.

Beyond these cases, please feel free to suggest any idea you may have on our Program Ideas Suggestion Form. We are still building our schedule and will get back to you with more information about whether we can put your idea into practice.
We are aiming to respond with proposed schedules in Spring 2026. This page will be updated with more information closer to the convention.
