We look forward to seeing you at the Freebies Book Lounge where books, galleys, bookmarks, and more, all on Science Fiction, Fantasy, and related genres, will be available for you to browse and take with you, for free of course! Freebies replaces the bookbags given away at some smaller conventions.
This will be our third year of this very successful venture. The Freebies Lounge is possible only thanks to publishers’ and individual authors’ very generous donations.
The Freebies Book Lounge will be conveniently located across from some Anaheim Convention Center outside doors, near Stair 5 and Escalator banks 1 and 2.
New this year: we have our own illustration thanks to Teddy Harvia: LAcon V mascot Fuzzy the Fox enjoying a stack of our guest of honor Barbara Hambly’s books!
Advanced donations are closed, but you can always drop books off in person at the Freebies donation table.
